What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are covered by us, which means all our products are delivered 100% FREE with no minimum order quantity.
Which payment methods are accepted in your webshop?
You can pay with PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL and credit card (Mastercard, Visa and AMEX).
Can I choose a specific day or time for delivery?
No, unfortunately this is not possible due to international shipping methods. You will receive an email once the package has been shipped and you can track it via our Track & Trace system .
My order has not arrived within the expected delivery time. What should I do?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. If not, you can check the status of your order on our " Track your order " page. If you have not received anything a week after the expected delivery time, please contact us.
How long is the delivery time?
Our delivery time varies per product and includes both production and shipping of your order to your address. From the moment your order arrives, we aim to deliver it to you within 5 to 9 working days, depending on the product chosen. For specific information regarding the delivery time of each product, we recommend that you consult our shipping policy . This way you are always well informed about the expected arrival time of your purchase.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. We ask for a personal contribution for the return shipment to cover the costs. I am missing some products in my order. How is that possible?
Because we work with different suppliers, products may be shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will normally receive them within 2-3 days.
