1. Lily and Sun Shipping Policy

1.1 Processing time:

After 15 minutes the order will be processed.
The order is released, quality checked and packed.

Shipping process:
Delivery time begins from the moment your order is received and includes production and shipping to your address. Total delivery time is usually 5-9 business days, depending on the specific product you order.

Cost-efficient shipping:
We strive to keep costs as low as possible for our customers. That is why we ship your products directly from our supplier for free. This helps us save on shipping, storage and packaging costs, allowing us to offer our products at competitive prices.

Important Information:

  • Split Shipments: Depending on your order, products may be shipped in multiple shipments.
  • Estimates: Delivery times and shipping costs are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Lily and Sun Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, you always have the right to return it within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition and must include labels and tags. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is reason to suspect that the items have already been used or are damaged through no fault of our own.

How does the return work?

Request your return via our customer service: info@lilyandsun.nl. You will then receive an email from us in which the return can be requested.

We ask for a contribution for the return shipment.
The costs for a return shipment vary between € 6.86 and €8.16 (depending on the current rates of our shipping system) .

This is how it works:

Step 1: Download the return label that you will receive from us after requesting the return.

Click on the link to download the return label. You can print the return label with any standard (laser) printer. Sometimes we also use return labels that you do NOT have to print. You can have these scanned at the PostNL point.

Step 2: Prepare package for shipping

Pack the order carefully. Make sure there is something in the box with your name on it.

Step 3: Drop off at a PostNL point

Hand in the ready-to-ship return package at a PostNL point. You no longer have to pay for sending the package at the service point. At this point, you scan the label with your phone, so you don't have to print it out at home yourself.

Step 4: The refund

Within 14 days after we have received your return shipment, the purchase amount will be deposited into your bank account.

We try to make the return process as easy as possible for you. However, if something is still unclear, please do not hesitate to send us a message !

Important information:

  • The return label must be on the package;
  • Add something in the document with your name on it. This could be your shipping receipt that you received in the mail when you placed the order;
  • The product must be returned unused;
  • The product must be delivered in its original packaging;
  • The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer, so sending a damaged product caused by your own fault will not be processed.
Return exceptions:
  • if you have something custom made
  • when you buy something personal, like a personalized sweater
  • if you buy something that gets mixed with something else after delivery
  • if you have removed hygiene products from their packaging, for example hand & body wash
